Acceptance by you of these terms

By using this, the web site of Cartridge Tech Limited trading as Angelic Diamonds, you agree to these terms of use of it (including the disclaimer/limitation of liability at paragraph 3 below).

If you do not agree to these terms of use of our website, please leave this web site immediately.

Any changes which we make to these terms of use of our website will be posted on this page. You should read the terms of use each time you access our web site to check whether they still meet with your approval. Your continued use of our website following our posting of any such changes to the terms of use of our website shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. If you do not then agree to these amended terms of use of our website, you must leave this web site immediately.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors (as appropriate). You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors (as appropriate). The content of this website (including without limitation any text, video, audio, audio-visual materials and graphics) may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except as stated below.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your own personal and non-commercial use and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

 

Order process

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.

 

Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. However, whilst we make every effort to try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment can be made by any method specified in 'payment section'.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

 

Security

Angelic Diamonds uses Sagepay for credit and debit card processing.

You will notice when you are entering your card details a padlock will appear either at the bottom right hand corner or your page or after the url at the top right hand side of the page. This indicated the page is secure and no one else can read this information.

This website uses a high level of encrpytion, customers connect using 256 bit encrption. Ensuring a padlock protected secure page to process your card details to the third parties so that your data is kept safe.

Please note: Card details are not kept and although pass through our website are not at any time recorded on our website.

 

Delivery

All our jewellery is made especially for you. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place an order. Usually all orders are delivered within 7 day but we will always contact you after an order to confirm exact delivery dates. We will also contact you before shipping to confirm your item is on its way to you. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. At all times, we will keep you updated about any such delays. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We only post in the UK. For our U.K deliveries we use royal mail special delivery. This is completely free to all our customers in the U.K Customers who want their purchase sending to an address other than the registered address must provide at least 2 documents, one being credit card statement if paid by credit card, or bank statement if paying by debit card and a copy of either a drivers licence or Passport. All of which must prove your billing address. Unfortunately this is necessary for card fraud prevention. Also you will need to be present to sign for the parcel. Please ensure that you inspect the parcel is intact. All parcels are fully insured while in transit to you

Once you have received your purchase, you become the owner of those items and they will be held at your own risk. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered. We strongly advice you to get your jewellery insured.

 

Returns

Angelic Diamonds operates a 30 day returns policy starting from the day on delivery. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, and it's still in its original and unaltered condition, Angelic Diamonds will exchange the item for another or issue a refund.

When returning an item to us it needs to be in its original, unused, unworn condition with all its certificates including certification and valuation complete in its original box and packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted back.

Purchase items that have been inscribed in any way, or designed especially for or by you will not be eligible for return. You will be informed of any items not eligible for return on purchase.

The Buyer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number from us before any goods are set back. The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. All returned goods must have the RMA number presented clearly in the package. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an RMA number. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items sent to our office shipped beyond the 30-day return period, will not be eligible for refunds.

Any Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.


 

Your RMA Number


Should you wish to return a product please request a RMA by telephone or email stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.

Our customer services consultant will also give you a specific returned purchase address where the purchased item is to be returned.

For security reasons we require that you do not use the name "Angelic Diamonds" anywhere in the address or on the packaging, and instead use the name given to you by the consultant.

Angelic Diamonds will not be responsible for any return shipments that are lost so we request that you to send all goods by recorded mail and retain all proof of posting documentation.

 

On returning of good we have to perform a number of security checks on the item to verify its originality. All refunds or replacements will be completed within 15 days of receipt of goods

Any Diamond fallen of the Ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advice you to get the Jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishap. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify Angelic Diamonds for any defect or damage, if found any.

Nothing in these terms affects claims in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

Liability

We ensure timely delivery of the products, but in an event where we cannot deliver the products due to some unforeseen events, in such a case we shall strive to contact you in order to reschedule the delivery time. Angelic Diamonds does not warrant or guarantee the delivery date specified in the order confirmation and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, expenses or other claims that you may incur as a result of failure of timely delivery.

Angelic Diamonds’s total liability will be limited ‘only’ to the total price of the products ordered by you.

Angelic Diamonds does not bear any liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising from any breach of any express or implied guarantee. This includes financial loss, personal injury, sickness and death.

Angelic Diamonds does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third person, who is not authorized by Angelic Diamonds.

You must observe and comply with all the applicable regulations and legislations, including all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase from our website. The importation or exportation of the products displayed on the website may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import or export of the products you purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by ‘Law’, Angelic Diamonds is providing this website on an “AS IS” basis and makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, with respect to this website or its contents. We reserve the rights to change any information, price or content and improvise the website at any time without any notice.
