Angelic Diamonds operates a 30 day returns policy starting from the day on delivery. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, and it's still in its original and unaltered condition, Angelic Diamonds will exchange the item for another or issue a refund.

When returning an item to us it needs to be in its original, unused, unworn condition with all its certificates including certification and valuation complete in its original box and packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted back.

 

Purchase items that have been inscribed in any way, or designed especially for or by you will not be eligible for return. You will be informed of any items not eligible for return on purchase.

 

The Buyer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) number from us before any goods are set back. The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of Goods after this period. All returned goods must have the RMA number presented clearly in the package. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any Goods returned without an RMA number. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items sent to our office shipped beyond the 30-day return period, will not be eligible for refunds.

 

Any Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

 

Your RMA Number

Should you wish to return a product please request a RMA by telephone or email stating your full details, order number and reasons for the return.

 

Our customer services consultant will also give you a specific returned purchase address where the purchased item is to be returned.

For security reasons we require that you do not use the name "Angelic Diamonds" anywhere in the address or on the packaging, and instead use the name given to you by the consultant.

Angelic Diamonds will not be responsible for any return shipments that are lost so we request that you to send all goods by recorded mail and retain all proof of posting documentation.

 

On returning of good we have to perform a number of security checks on the item to verify its originality. All refunds or replacements will be completed within 15 days of receipt of goods

Any Diamond fallen of the Ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advice you to get the Jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishap. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify Angelic Diamonds for any defect or damage, if found any.
